Job description
We are seeking an experienced Commercial/Residential Insurance Claims Adjuster to join our public adjusting team. You will work with other adjusters, inventory specialists, estimators and forensic accountants, to adjust claims, and support our clients in navigating both large loss residential, as well as commercial claims. If you have 3+ years of experience in claims adjusting to bring to the table, and a desire to help others, please apply.
This is a full-time job (not contract work) with salary and bonus/commission with total compensation of 150K-250K yearly plus benefits (medical, dental, 401(k), PTO, mileage, etc.). Our goal is to make our clients whole again after a disaster. Your work will involve more focus on QUALITY of the claims experience for the client vs quantity of claims handled. If you got into adjusting to truly help others, this is the job for you! The difference in our firm and others is that we take our time to do it right, and build a very solid case to support the cost recovery our clients deserve based on the limits of their policy.

A bachelor's degree is preferred as well as experience with large loss residential and some commercial experience. Must live within 2 hours of San Jose or be willing to relocate. Most work is done at the claim sites, with occasional office time, but this is NOT a remote position for out of state adjusters (must in/around the San Francisco Bay Area).
