Protection / Insurance broker (Self-employed)
We're looking for a dynamic individual with an entrepreneurial spirit who is seeking a career in financial services. Experience not necessary as applicants can be given training. Learn the insurance advice process from the ground up.

As a Self-Employed Insurance Broker, you can expect to:

• Provide full advice and recommendations on insurances such as Life cover, Critical Illness, Income Protection and Home Insurance.
• Learn the insurance advice process from scratch with support from experienced advisers.
• Learn and work at a flexible pace that suits you remotely from home, but ideally you will be based in London and able to come into the office (located in Hammersmith) initially for training and one to one support prior to working remotely.
• Generate and build up your own client base.
• Be responsible for the full end-to-end process of applications ensuring that you are identifying your client’s needs and offering advice and products that best suits their requirements.
• Earn based on a commission share structure. Your level of earnings are unrestricted and based on your individual performance.

Qualifying Criteria

To be a successful adviser we require you to:

• No previous experience is required, but previous office/sales experience is desirable.
• Be proactive and self-motivated, generating your own leads and referrals.
• Have a willingness to learn and deliver high quality protection advice and customer satisfaction.
• Have a clean credit history and provide six years employment/study history (references will be requested).
