The Job: Insurance Broker
The Salary: 35k or more, really depends on experience

The Must Haves:
+ Cert CII
+ Experience as an Insurance Broker
+ Acturis Software experience is highly desirable but something similar is okay too
The Duties:
Your day-to-day work will involve dealing with a range of clients, from handling renewals and amendments of their existing policies, to helping place any additional covers they may require. We work with both commercial and residential property insurance and as a result any knowledge of these markets will be beneficial.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
- Assess clients' current insurance coverage and provide recommendations for additional or alternative coverage
- Research and analyze insurance policies from various providers to find the best options for clients
- Present insurance options to clients and help them understand the terms, conditions, and coverage details
- Assist clients in completing insurance applications and necessary paperwork
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and cancellations as requested by clients
- Handle client inquiries and provide prompt and accurate responses
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products
- Collaborate with underwriters, claims adjusters, and other professionals to ensure client satisfaction
Experience:
- Proven work experience as an Insurance Broker
- Knowledge of various types of insurance policies and coverage options
- Familiarity with insurance regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using insurance software systems
