SALES MANAGER
South Coast (Dorset) contract

We here across the South Coast contract are on the lookout for a talented new sales
manager to take on this vital role heading up the sales team.
If you are highly motivated, with excellent leadership skills and possess the ability to
create promotional campaigns to help increase our membership base, then we want to
hear from you.

leisure provider and this role will put you at the head of a vibrant, exciting and friendly
team that’s dedicated to growing the business. You’ll also receive a competitive salary,

To succeed in this role, we’ll need you to fully embrace our brand mission of
encouraging everyone to be active for at least 30 minutes five times a week and be
capable of effectively executing a sales and marketing strategy.
We’ll also need you to achieve monthly membership and income targets, as well as
taking a proactive approach to increasing our online membership base, use data to
analyse key performance indicators and be able to lead and motivate your team to
exceed their targets.
This role will require weekend work.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
