Your Role

As a New Business Insurance Consultant working at the heart of our General Insurance Department, you will be responsible for providing tailored advice for Motor/Home/Travel Insurance via inbound and outbound calls. You’ll be handling calls from new and existing customers relating to requests/queries/changes.

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing tailored advice to our customers for motor, home and travel insurance quotations
• Processing customer requests with queries and changes to policies
• Ensuring all customer documentation is sent accurately and completed to an excellent standard
• Being pro-active in ensuring that the leads passed onto you are followed up efficiently and in a timely manner
• Working towards targets to ensure we’re delivering the best levels of service to our customers

We’re looking for:

• You have experience within Insurance (ideally within motor, home or travel)
• You’ll be comfortable and able to thrive with targets and KPIs
• It’s all about communication and the customer journey, so you will join us armed with an outstanding telephone manner
• You have a great understanding of Insurers and Insurance brokers

The financials on offer:

• Annual salary of up to £27,500 OTE per annum (dependent on experience)
