Job description
We're searching for an experienced, motivated, and organised person to join our team as an Insurance Advisor. Our Insurance Advisors are responsible for understanding customer needs and recommending solutions within company guidelines. An Insurance Advisor is tasked with helping potential new clients and following up on leads, so we are looking for an individual who is capable of approaching new situations in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate will have at least 1-2 years of insurance sales experience, excellent verbal communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to developing the skills they need to excel in their role.
Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on the best insurance plans available in the marketplace.
- Review and update the client's insurance portfolio.
- Educate client on how to reduce excess waste in their current insurance program.
- Offer advice regarding ways to make a savings in the client's spend on their insurance portfolio.
- Provide advice to clients on how to reduce their exposure to damage in their property or business.
- Help clients select a new insurance position or service.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
