Job description
As an Insurance Administrator for our Hallmark department you will demonstrate and provide a high level of quality to our Administration process with excellent attention to detail and accountability.
You will support and facilitate the smooth operation of insurance processes within our Hallmark department and play a vital role in ensuring that policies are accurately documented, claims are processed efficiently, and overall administrative tasks related to insurance policies are handled effectively.
This position is based at Carlton Park in Leicester, with free parking. We operate a hybrid working model based on 4 days in the office with 1 day home working so you can combine working from home with some days in our office.
Role Responsibility
- Logging Insurance claims
- Keying Insurance settlements (financial)
- Sales processing
- Diary co-ordination
- Utilisation of 3rd party software – e.g. SAP
