Job Overview
An opportunity to join a female led office in Port Glasgow. We are a fast growing company which prides itself on building strong relationships, providing support, being transparent at all times and adding value.
The role will include:
Taking client calls
Checking and emailing clients policy documents
Requesting updates on claims
Diary management
Process client payments
Load client details onto database
Assist the team in other administrative tasks
What skills will I learn:
An understanding of the financial services industry
Soft skills around communication, working with a team and independently
Scottish Vocation Qualification in Business Administration SCQF 6
Progression to qualifications within the Chartered Insurance Institute
What Qualifications or Qualities are required
Qualities we are looking for are:
An interest in building a business and specific interest in the finance industry
Willingness to learn
Friendly and enthusiastic
Good team player
Reliable
National 5 qualification advantageous but not essential. Basic computer skill essential.
Job Type: Apprenticeship
Salary: £13,000.00-£13,500.00 per year
