Job Title: Business Law Instructor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate individual to join our faculty as a Business Law Instructor. As a Business Law Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching courses on business law to undergraduate or graduate students. You will develop and deliver engaging lectures, facilitate class discussions, assign and grade coursework, and provide academic support to students. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business law, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and deliver lectures on various topics in business law, including contracts, torts, intellectual property, employment law, corporate law, and international business law.

Develop course materials, including syllabi, lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.

Facilitate classroom discussions and encourage student participation.

Provide guidance and support to students, both inside and outside the classroom, through office hours or online communication channels.

Assess student performance by grading assignments, exams, and projects in a timely manner.

Stay current with developments in business law and incorporate relevant updates into course content.

Utilize educational technology and online learning platforms to enhance the learning experience.

Collaborate with colleagues to review and revise curriculum materials.

Requirements:

A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree or a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree with a specialization in business law.
