Job Description
-We're seeking a talented and passionate individual for the role of Head of Brand Marketing Operations. As the Head of Brand Marketing Operations, you'll play a key role in the development and implementation of the global De Beers marketing strategy across our client offers (from De Beers Jewellers to De Beers Institute of Diamonds).

In this role, you will be accountable for overseeing the management of cross-functional global consumer campaigns and projects, from brief through effectiveness evaluation, collaborating with the Insights & Analytics team, HQ and local Marketing disciplines, and Commercial and Product teams. You’ll also be responsible for working with the Finance business partner to manage the global Marketing budget, liaising with local teams on budget allocations and optimizations. As the Head of Brand Marketing Operations, you'll also be responsible for instilling and reinforcing a marketing effectiveness mindset across teams through relevant training, systems, and processes.

Your role will involve developing the marketing strategy, supporting the implementation across local markets, and driving alignment and transparency throughout the global marketing team. You'll be required to develop and manage relationships with cross-functional teams, plan and oversee internal marketing communications, and establish governance and ways of working.

To excel in this role, you should have extensive experience (in-house or agency) managing luxury or premium global marketing campaigns and/or programs in support of marketing and business strategies, as well as experience working in collaboration with a variety of marketing and commercial functions. You should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and have experience effectively managing budgets. Additionally, you must have strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
