BEAM are the market leader for Central Vacuum, Mechanical Ventilation and Commercial Dust & Fume Extraction systems across Ireland & UK.

We require 2 Installers to join our growing team, based in Magherafelt, Co. Derry. Northern Ireland.

Daily In-Person Reporting Location: Head Office, Opus Business Park, 35 Aughrim Road, Magherafelt, BT45 6BB

Hours of Work: 7.00am @ Beam HQ– 4.30pm (onsite), Monday to Friday

Job Description

The successful candidates will be tasked with:

Installation of ductwork / Beam plant/unit installation / commissioning into residential new builds and commercial buildings for our range of central vacuum system and ventilation systems, including heat recovery, mechanical extract and positive input
Co-ordinate and liaise onsite with Homeowners/Builders/ Project Managers
Confidently respond to on-site customer installation queries
Observe the highest levels of Health & Safety as per BEAM's H&S policy and use the appropriate safety equipment
Ensure areas of work are left clean and tidy before leaving site
Maintain our company customer care policy at all times
Carry out any other reasonable request made by supervisor / manager

Full training will be provided. However to be able to carry out your responsibilities you will:

Be hands on, with some practical and technical ability that will allow you to understand how our systems are installed and abide by the BEAM standard of installation
Be confident, reliable, flexible and adaptable;
Have good communication skills to meet and deal with our customers;
Have adequate literacy and numeracy skills;
Have a full, clean driving licence
Have strong planning and organisational skills
Good communication skills liasing with customers and other Team members
Be a positive team player that is able to work on their own initiative
