Installation Engineer,
Cleaning & Hygiene Products
Location; Midlands
Position Description
To install, maintain and repair dispensing and dosing equipment whilst delivering high levels of customer service at all times to internal and external Diversey Customers. The types of dosing equipment that you will be trained on, but not limited to, are:
- Hand Sanitisers
- Soap Dispensers
- Hand Towel Dispensers
- Toilet Roll Dispensers
- Chemical Mixing Stations
- Chemical Dosing Equipment {Laundry/Dishwashers}
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high levels of customer service at all times
- Carry out installations, servicing and maintenance of hygiene dispensing and dosing equipment on customer premises
- Diagnose faults and organise repairs as required.
- Maintain van stock levels to ensure 1st time fix rate
- Complete and submit job sheets electronically upon completion of job
- Maintain regular communications with the service coordinators.
Key Requirements
- Full UK driving license.
- Preferred C&G 2360 Part 1&2 or equivalent electrical test and inspection.
- Preferred plumbing experience
- Field based experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and on own initiative.
