FULL ‘PAID TO TRAIN’ PROVIDED
Ideally Qualified Heat Pump Installers are required. However, the company will provide full training on their ‘Paid to Train’ scheme for candidates who either work as a Plumber or Gas or Oil Installation Engineer or Heating Engineer and who are considering a career in Heat Pumps.
SALARY: up to £40,000 per annum (depending on experience and SNIPEF grading)
BENEFITS: Company Van and Fuel, Annual Bonus, Employee Tools Loans, 25 Days Annual Leave plus Bank Holidays, Uniform and PPE, iPad (and Mobile if required for the role), Company Pension, Contractual Sick Pay (following completion of probationary period)

JOB OVERVIEW
We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Qualified Heat Pump Installer or candidates who currently work as a Plumber or Gas or Oil Installation Engineer or Heating Engineer and are looking to train as a Heat Pump Installer.
Working as a Heat Pump Installer you will join a well-established company that design, supply, install, service and maintain ground, air and water source heat pump systems and the distribution systems (underfloor heating and radiators) they work with.
As a Heat Pump Installer you will work mainly with self-build, customer-build and large renovation clients.
The company are specialists in their filed and offer high quality, bespoke, low carbon heating systems.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Plumber or Gas or Oil Installation Engineer or Heating Engineer
With a minimum NVQ/SVQ Level 2, the company hire on attitude and on the job experience
On the job training is provided, as well as a training route to qualifications and certifications including, but not limited to:
Manufacturer specific training
Heat Geek – Awakening and Mastery
BPEC Level 3
Electric for Plumbers – Basic, Foundation, Advanced
Part L
As well as re-certification and renewals, as and when required
