As part of this, our Inspire Swindon work will support young people in Swindon who are:
Aged 15-18 and at risk of becoming NEET or already NEET
Aged 15-18 and engaging with the Swindon Youth Justice Service
Aged 19-25 and Care Experienced
Aged 19-25 and have an Educational Health & Care Plan or similar
We are looking for an EET Navigator support worker to join our team delivering key working support to participants. The role involves managing a case load of participants, providing practical & emotional support and advocating on their behalf as needed. The EET Navigator will carry out needs assessments, develop individual engagement plans to address barriers and through both one-to-one support and a range of development activities, increase participants’ confidence, self-esteem, skills and resilience to help them achieve their identified goals.
The role will be fully funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
The role will include some evening, weekend and school holiday working.
Hours of work: 36.5 hours per week, (including regular evening, weekend, and school holiday work).
