We now have an exciting new opportunity for an Inspection Ready Team Member to provide excellent support to our Registered Managers.
Key Responsibilities…
- To support the Registered Manager in preparing for re-inspection by CQC
- To report back to the project lead progress and findings on a weekly basis
- To carry out and initial audit of the home in a proactive manner and support the manager to complete any outstanding actions including other outstanding action plans such as but not limited to, Health and Safety, Quality Audits, and Driving Up Quality Audits (DUQ)
- To have a good understanding and knowledge of CQC and the regulatory requirements, and understand mandatory policies and procedures including Mental Capacity, Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards and Fundamental Standards
- To promote a caring environment for people we support through high standards of professional practice which are beneficial to their physical, emotional, social, intellectual and spiritual needs
- To ensure all outstanding maintenance and health and safety compliance needs are highlighted to the correct provision to support in the completion of the works
- To raise any safeguarding concerns with the project lead, or in their absence the Operational Director
- To support and enable the Registered Manager with techniques to ensure the change to the home is sustainable while you are working within the home
- To be a role model in your approach to work, and lead by example
- Adhere to the company code of conduct, work in partnership with other departments, and always be a positive ambassador for the company
Experience required…
- Minimum 2 years operational experience at management level or above
- Have an awareness of requirements of the regulator, Health and Social Care Act and Inspection Requirements
