Our Women in Technology & Engineering Insight programme is aimed primarily at women who want to discover more about a career in Technology & Engineering at KPMG.

We've invested in a team of over 2,000 technologists; creating a step change in the way we work. Delivering broader, deeper expertise to our clients faster than ever. Our connected solutions stretch across a range of specialisms. From tech strategy, risk management and data & analytics, through to software engineering, cyber automation, powered applications and cloud transformation.
During this 3-day paid programme, you'll have the opportunity to network with inspirational women from our Technology & Engineering teams, gain an insight into the variety of tech-enabled projects we work on, build your professional skills and explore the range of career opportunities available in one of our fastest growing areas at KPMG.
The 3-day programme is packed with practical takeaways and valuable insights - from making the best impact with new contacts to effectively navigating your early career. We'll give you an insider's view into the range of industries we work in, our technology services, and the technologies we're using - such as artificial intelligence, Cloud technology and machine learning. You'll learn how we use technology to help our clients with some of their most complex issues - from cyber security to managing business risks.
Whilst on the programme, you'll have the opportunity to take an assessment, and if successful, you could secure a position on our 2024 Technology & Engineering Vacation programme in the office you have applied to.
Candidates must be in their first year at university (or second year if you're on a 4 year course). We're looking for individuals from any degree discipline who are curious, ambitious and motivated to work in this expanding and dynamic field.

As the insight programme is not that long, the focus for you will be to ensure every second counts. It's an opportunity to learn new skills, enhance your CV, learn about the world of work and, importantly, get your foot in the door of one of the leading professional services firms. And if you're inspired by the time you spend with us here and go on to join us full-time once you've graduated, you'll get access to exemplary training and development to help you thrive.
Additional Information:
This is a 3 day paid Insight programme and will run 27th - 29th June, 2023 inclusive. You will be paid a salary equivalent to the living wage salary.
The programme will consist of skills sessions, talks from our Technology & Engineering teams, a chance to shadow a graduate and a virtual assessment day. The programme is likely to be a hybrid programme with both in-person and virtual sessions. Full details will be provided closer to the programme start to successful applicants.
If you are made a Vacation conversion offer this will be for the same location you applied to complete the Women in Technology & Engineering Insight programme.
