This opportunity to be the Insight Analyst will advise on the best research methodology and analysis to meet specified research objectives and help drive strategic decision-making
About the role
You will be integral for putting the customers and members at the heart of the business by owning and managing regular quantitative and qualitative research projects for each of our business groups and internal support functions.
The Insight Analyst will operate as the right-hand of the Insights and Analysis Manager to maintain the running of customer experience surveys for our Trading groups and colleagues with external partners to provide the teams with actionable insights.
As the Insight Analyst, you can expect to:
- Work with the team on embedding the customer experience platform within the business and creating a pro insights culture
- Design and implement research projects targeting members, customers, colleagues using the right methodology for the project
- Using the appropriate advanced analytics, turn data into actionable insight and provide reports to senior team leaders which address research questions and make recommendations
- Responsibility for day to day managing of Graduate Insight Analyst, providing support and upskilling and delegating analysis work to ensure project delivery
- Work with audience building tools (Acorn, TGI etc.) and support society with profiles and findings
- Conduct primary and secondary research and analysis for industry benchmarking to provide external business intelligence
- Disseminate and present proactive insight, such as consumer trends, to key stakeholders, defining potential business impact and making appropriate recommendations

This role is part of a team based from our Head Office in Warwick, with a mix of working from home and in the office.
About You:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a data insight role
- Experience of using research software and database/panel management
- Ability to support and help upskill junior team members
- Ability to turn raw data into actionable strategic insight
