Our client who is based in South Normanton, Derbyshire are looking for an Internal Sales Representative to join their team.
Under the direction of the Commercial Director, the Internal Sales Representative will provide a link between customers, (which will be new and existing), the External Sales Team, Customer Service, Credit Control and Product Scheduling, which will create an efficient and reliable service with the aim to grow sales.
Responsibilities as the new Internal Sales Representative:
- Delivering the best sales experience to our customers while following the team and business objectives
- Calculation and submission of written quotations against enquiries received via email or telephone from established and potential customers.
- Strategic pricing analysis to ensure quotations are appropriate for the target audience.
- Initiate calls with established and potential customers, this is to determine opportunity, competitive situation, objections and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our clients’ products.
- Build and maintain relationships with multiple contacts (both internal and external) including key stockists and distributors.
- Supporting the regional Sales Managers with leads received through the office and ensure quotations are followed through.
- Project manage larger quotations and co-ordinate with other areas of the business so that they can address actions accordingly to secure/ win the sale.

About the role:
- Monday – Friday 8:00am – 17:00pm (Full time, Permanent)
- Hybrid working available.
- £22,000 - £25,000 (DOE)
- 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays) increasing on length of service.
