Job Title: Telephone Receptionist and Assistant (Part-Time)

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Phone Receptionist and Assistant to join our team in a part-time capacity. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and the management team.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming phone calls, ensuring a friendly and professional manner at all times.
- Direct calls and messages to the appropriate personnel and ensure prompt and accurate message delivery.
- Assist the reader manager with daily administrative tasks, including but not limited to coordinating the rota, managing calendars and organising meetings.
- Conduct basic data entry and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflow.
- Uphold the company's policies and procedures, ensuring strict adherence to confidentiality guidelines.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional phone manner.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using standard office software and equipment, including Microsoft Office Suite and multi-line phone systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and administrative tasks.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
- Understanding of Spirituality is a plus.
Working Hours:
This is a permanent part-time role requiring 15 hours per week. The specific working hours will be confirmed with successful applicant. We offer some flexibility in scheduling, but consistency and reliability are essential.
