We are currently looking to fill a full-time position for an Inside Sales Representative person working remotely. NextGen Automation includes a team of highly trained technical sales with strong product knowledge, technical aptitude, and a commitment to first-class customer service. The position will be prospecting, executing outreach campaigns, qualifying leads, pitching proposals, and closing sales. This position is a remote job opportunity. An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with internal and externals customers, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. You would be expected to work alongside a highly trained team to maintain a high level of customer service to our new and existing customer base.
Daily responsibilities will include the following:
o Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls and emails
o Plan and execute daily outbound calls
o Ensure all communication with new or existing customers are logged into CRM
o Understand customer needs and requirements
o Offering professional, effective, and efficient solutions for customer inquiries and concerns
o Establish and maintain long-term customer centered and partner relationships
o Overcome customer objections
o Provide guidance on price competitiveness
o Close sales and achieve monthly quotas
o Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
o Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
o Other duties as requested
Qualifications and Skills Required:
o Proven insides sales experience
o Track record of over-achieving quota
o Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
o Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
o Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills
o Strong listening and presentation skills
o Ability to multi-tasks, prioritize and manage time effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $32,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
