About the role
Working within the Inside Sales Team, the Inside Sales Advisor will be responsible for establishing excellent relationships with Fender's established dealer network to make ongoing sales for products and achieve set sales targets.

Hybrid Working
Post COVID-19, Fender is working under a hybrid flexible working arrangement, with most employees working both from home and the office. Essential Functions
- Make regular outbound sales calls to new and existing dealer accounts on the assigned sales area for specific online products
- Attain set sales targets for the assigned area
- Create and maintain an effective call plan, ensuring full coverage of the area to maximise sales and establish routine with customers
- Enter and maintain all sales orders received onto the AS400 system
- Provide inbound telephone sales support for dealers and DSM´s. Including:
- Order entry and maintenance
- Stock availability requests
- Account information updates, including dealership and credit details
- Back order clarification and maintenance
- Product information, including specifications and release dates
- Promote all sales offers and new products in order to generate sales
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with all new and existing clients in assigned areas
- Establish and maintain a high level of product knowledge for the relevant product lines being sold
- Maintain regular contact with District Sales Managers and share feedback on sales activity within their specified areas
- Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times
- Ad-hoc projects as directed by the Sales and Support Manager

Person Specification
Essential Skills/Knowledge/Experience
- Proven sales experience within a sales driven environment.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to work on own initiative and be self motivated.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Good organisational skills
- Results focused
Desirable Skills/Knowledge/Experience
- Experience of conducting proactive outbound telesales calls.
- Knowledge and understanding of the musical instrument industry and other musical instrument manufacturers.
