The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Internal Sales team at Rawcliffe. The main purpose of this exciting role is to support the site in securing major new business as detailed within the sales budget, in conjunction with the internal and external sales team. The post holder will also ensure our service and response levels are matched with budget and internal KPIs, providing a point of contact for internal and external customers creating a “Can do” mentality.
The Job
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager the main responsibilities of the role are to:
•ensure all quotations and tenders are completed by commercial and submitted to the relevant customer and / or external representative
•ensure that new products are raised accurately with correct origination and machine routing in place
•ensure customer orders are booked onto the system accurately and in a timely manner.
•ensure customer complaints are booked on day of receipt
•ensure the accuracy of orders for bought in lines from external suppliers
•manage accounts internally and provide cover for absence within departments
•Work closely with internal sales, design, commercial, planning, logistics, production, and external sales to ensure customer satisfaction.
•provide holiday cover across the internal sales department.
The Person
The successful candidate will be highly numerate, articulate in written and spoken communication and with excellent analytical, organisational and computer skills.
Experience in a similar dynamic business environment would be advantageous, as would a good understanding of the Witron/Kiwi CRM Sales module.
