Aex Recruitment Ltd are currently recruiting on behalf of our Client who are a leading design and manufacturing company within the construction industry, They are based worldwide in over 60 different locations. Supply and design of construction accessories.
Within the internal sales team your role will consist of the following duties
- Sales order processing
- Liaising with existing customers and suppliers.
- process and arrange Stock and purchasing orders.
- coordinate with the relevant departments the requests for customer account creation
- Provide support to Area sales manager as and when required.
- provide insights and information to customers about the status of the orders.
- Chase outstanding PO's.
- Send out documental literature requests and chase follow up quotation
- be responsible of the filing of all documents linked to sales orders
- Provide support to technical teams.
The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge and understanding of SAP although full training will be given.
A strong administration background with a desire to succeed.

Salary: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
