We are looking for a Academy Coordinator to join our Academy Team.

As a Academy Coordinator, you will be supporting the business deliver excellent customer service and ensure data integrity and compliance are in check.

The role:

• Co-ordinate course bookings.
• Maintain information systems, such as our Learner Management System (LMS), Dynamics and Exerp.
• Co-ordinate learner enrolments, approvals and pre-requisites, payments and registrations.
• Co-ordinate learner profiles and accounts, course attendance, course progress and course completion status.
• Co-ordinate learner graduations, retake assessments and certification.

What qualities does a Academy Coordinator need to join Virgin Active?

• Experience working with customer-based systems.
• Experience in customer service and managing customer data.
• Experience with departmental administration; excellent organisational skills needed.
• Ability to work to deadlines.
• A passion for working with and supporting others.
• Personal demonstration of the Virgin Active values.
