Are you a solicitor with experience in clinical negligence and inquests? Do you want to join a leading team of experts? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you in central London. Our client, are looking for a solicitor who can handle complex and sensitive cases involving medical errors, misdiagnosis, wrongful death and other forms of negligence. You will be representing clients at inquests, preparing witness statements, instructing experts, negotiating settlements and litigating claims. You will also be working closely with our dedicated support staff and other solicitors in the team. To be successful in this role, you will need to have: – A minimum of 3 years PQE in clinical negligence and inquests – Excellent communication and advocacy skills – A strong sense of empathy and compassion for our clients – A passion for human rights and social justice – A willingness to learn and develop your skills This is a full-time, position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
