The post holder along with the Trust Head of Finance, Business and Operations will be responsible for the performance management of the facilities team, transport, cleaning and IT teams and for supporting with the recruitment, training and retention of all staff whom they line manage. The post holder will be responsible for their own professional development including meeting new premises standards as statutory requirements change and will be expected to liaise with other professional bodies to achieve this.
