Within this role, you will be responsible for contributing to the design and deployment of new bespoke systems as well as supporting and maintaining existing ones. You should also contribute to innovation and development of new products, and process improvement initiatives. This role will require working as part of a team, supporting colleagues and collaboration with customers.

Due to the sensitive nature of this role you may be required to undergo DV (Developed Vetting) level Security Clearance (https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/united-kingdom-security-vetting-clearance-levels/national-security-vetting-clearance-levels). An allowance of £5k per annum may be payable monthly while you hold this DV and continue to work in a role that requires that level of security clearance. The terms of this allowance will be made available if you are successful in being recruited into this role

You'll have the following responsibilities
  • Driving change and innovation in technology and working practises/processes.
  • Improving customer experience – By delivering repair, provision and service availability performance, continually improving & supporting delivery of great NPS outcomes
  • Working with all stakeholders in Service Operations to ensure that budgets are built year on year based on understanding improvements and forecasting business expectations
  • Supporting BT Business by operating internal and customer networks, platforms and systems in support of ourselves and special customers
  • Delivering and operating these services within agreed performance standards and contractual agreements whilst operating within agreed timescales and budgets


You'll have the following skills & experience
  • Experience of working within 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support teams
  • ITIL Foundation V3 / V4 Certification.
  • Cisco Certification (CCNA or CCNP).
  • AWS or Azure Certification.
  • Cisco Networking expertise, deployment and Troubleshooting.
  • Juniper Networking experience (desired)
  • Windows Server and Active Directory experience.
  • PowerShell or relevant scripting experience.
