Being a Junior Infrastructure Analyst will give you the opportunity to support a wide variety of stakeholders, ensuring their requirements are always met.
About the role
In your day-to-day you will be providing technical support, innovation, and expertise across the society, from shared services and central IT functions, to specialised support for trading areas.
In this position the Junior Infrastructure Analyst will contribute to improving the IT department’s professionalism and value-added service.

As the Junior Infrastructure Analyst, you can expect to:
- Providing 1st and 2nd line support, responding to customer enquiries and issues, escalating where necessary.
- Triage and take ownership of colleague incidents, requests. Ensuring resolution within agreed SLA’s
- Build and maintain working pool of equipment, laptops, desktops etc
- Carry out hardware & software deployments
- Provide support for adopted services and systems, such as Microsoft Office, eMail, OneDrive, Windows 10 etc
- Ensure company policies pertaining to systems usage, access and security are adhered to.
- Make technical and non-technical suggestions, regarding modifications to documentation, systems performance, and failure reduction for supported systems

This role is part of a team based from our Head Office in Warwick, with a mix of working from home and in the office, you will need to be able to travel into the office on certain days.

About You:
- A passion and interest in IT.
- Experience in an IT environment to enable independent management of an administrative work stream.
- Knowledge and experience of fundamental IT solutions and technologies e.g. Microsoft products, Windows Servers, storage solutions etc. With a demonstrable aptitude to pick up new software packages, technologies quickly.
- A-level or equivalent in a computing/technology field, or, 2-3 years’ experience in a customer facing, IT supportive role.
