Job Summary
SUSASH Sheffield Ltd is currently seeking for a Compliance Manager to join our growing business team. As a Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for the business, employees and its projects to comply with all relevant regulations and specifications by performing audits.
This would include Health and Safety, Environmental, Legal and Quality standards, as well as any ethical policies.
Job description:
- Evaluate existing operating procedures within care homes to identify opportunities for enhancing service quality.
- Ensure compliance with UK health and social care regulations and standards by staying updated and implementing necessary changes.
- Oversee and conduct monthly and annual audits.
- Develop and implement effective procedures and action plans based on quality audits, including areas such as infection control, medication management, and health and safety.
- Provide proactively support to managers and staff in meeting regulatory inspection requirements and deadlines.
- Champion the company's policies and procedures to promote a culture of quality and compliance.

Education:

Salary: £33,250.00 per year
