We are working with an entrepreneurial and commercially strong business that is going through a period of positive change. You will work alongside a highly experienced HRD, who is driving HR Transformation to ensure a best-in-class HR function that will support the growing needs of this ever-expanding business. You’ll come on board and take responsibility for the policy aspects of this transformation.
As the HR Policy Specialist, you will be responsible for:
· Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights and requirements for new HR policies or updates to existing policies.
· Researching and staying up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure policies align with current standards.
· Writing, editing, and revising HR policies in clear, concise language that is accessible to all employees.
· Conducting thorough policy reviews to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
· Providing guidance to HR colleagues and leadership on policy interpretation and implementation.
About you
We need someone with proven experience as an HR policy writer or specialist, with a strong portfolio of well-crafted policies and the ability to easily understand legal and regulatory compliance. You will have excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail. This will include the ability to analyse complex information and distil it into clear, actionable policies.

Salary: £49,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
