- Salary - £14,500 per annum
- Working hours - Monday - Friday 9am to 5.30pm

Duties include:
- Working in the IT support team, you are part of a really supportive working environment, learning the IT support function from the base up.
- Logging of customer issues into the call management system
- Carrying out configuration and testing of new kit prior to installation at customer site
Desirable Skills:
- Enthusiastic about working in the IT sector
- A "can-do" attitude.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Well organised with good time management
- Self-motivated and good at solving problems.
- Team player as well as able to work individually
- Confident in speaking to customers
Desired Qualifications:
- 5 Nat 5’s must include English & Maths or a combination of education and experience
