• Salary - £14,500 per annum
• Working hours - Monday - Friday 9am to 5.30pm

Duties include:

• Working in the IT support team, you are part of a really supportive working environment, learning the IT support function from the base up.
• Logging of customer issues into the call management system
• Carrying out configuration and testing of new kit prior to installation at customer site

Desirable Skills:

• Enthusiastic about working in the IT sector
• A "can-do" attitude.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Well organised with good time management
• Self-motivated and good at solving problems.
• Team player as well as able to work individually
• Confident in speaking to customers

Desired Qualifications:

• 5 Nat 5’s must include English & Maths or a combination of education and experience
