As an Information Security Product Manager, you will be partnering closely with Head of Information Security Product and Business Data. You will be responsible for being the liaison between Information Security, Technology and Business Teams, continually helping shape the vision of Information Security Products across the Group. You will be focused on understanding the Security around Access Management and web security landscape and will build and own the product roadmap as well as deliver the strategy for these products that support such as Privileged Access Management, Multi Factor Authentication, Web Proxy and Email Gateway tools.
You will have a natural curiosity that you explore through experimentation and a flair for creative problem solving. You will lead a Team of Information Security Product Engineers and will;
As part of the Product and Business Data Team, you will be owning Information Security products focusing on Identity and Access Management and Web Proxy solutions, such as CyberArk and Netskope.
Working in Agile teams, you will build highly collaborative relationships with your Engineering and business colleagues, supporting them in defining, delivering, and iterating features that delight our customers and stakeholders.
You will seek out a variety of data and insights to develop your understanding of the Information Security landscape using your product KPI’s to prioritise your roadmap & backlog effectively.

More about the role
- You’ll be responsible to define and communicate the Information Security product(s) vision and strategy
- Own the Information Security product roadmap and set expectations with relevant Stakeholders
- You’ll play a leading role on your Information Security Products, co-ordinating and prioritising requests across a number of teams and Stakeholders in order to realise key business outcomes
- You’ll partner with product and delivery teams and key stakeholders to deliver Information Security products or complex changes, utilising appropriate delivery methodology, including agile ways of working inline with Information Security prioritises
- Building and maintaining a good relationship with Vendors and ensuring that Product renewals are done in time
- Work with security and product teams to identify and incorporate security and useability requirements into the products
- Plan significant deployments across a number of Information Security products, ensuring relevant dependencies are identified and managed
- Create and maintain roll-out schedules, track progress, update financial tracking (including Product Council), always ensuring key stakeholders are kept up-to-date and risks & issues are appropriately managed
- Spot and surface key risks and issues early, building an effective approach to mitigation, securing support of stakeholders as and when necessary
- Collaborate and lead a Team of Engineers to prioritise features and determine the best technical implementation methods
- Managing a team. Which will involve coaching and prioritising Team members work and development to help them understand the rationale for a technical approach, surfacing and dealing with ambiguity and conflicting demands
- Conduct post implementation reviews to drive a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that learning is fed through the wider Tech approach to delivery
- Be the expert in the portfolio’s current technical and operational approaches (systems, tools, processes) while navigating new development initiatives through the process to launch
- Work as part of an Agile delivery / engineering team, providing input and carrying out Priorisation and maturity of product portfolio for the Identity and Assessment
- Will lead the on-going product development strategy, from initial business case and definition to final production, with products and services delivered on schedule, on-budget and with high quality
- Be responsible to forecast and budget spend at portfolio level as well as by product in line with the product strategy

- You’ll have demonstrable experience of delivering technical programmes in an agile and product environment, with significant third party or deployment complexities
- An in-depth understanding of agile values, principles, practices and associated approaches as they relate to delivery management
- Familiar with key techniques and frameworks for structuring programmes, including effective planning, dependency identification and management, risk and issue management
- Able to participate in technical detail, where needed, showing an understanding of the technical landscape and can describe technical choices and trade-offs to different stakeholders within and outside of Technology
- Be the liaison to strike the right balance between Security and Business using a risk based approach
