A bit about the role

As an Information Security Governance Analyst you will support and manage elements of Selfridges Information Security Governance Framework.

As Information Security Governance Analyst you will:

  • Own and manage the process for third party information security assurance to ensure that ongoing security assessments are undertaken and that contractual agreements reflect information security requirements.
  • Support the process for project engagements to ensure that Information Security requirements are defined for each project, Architectural design documents are reviewed to ensure appropriate controls are in place and testing and acceptance processes are in place to ensure that agreed controls have been implemented.
  • Support information security awareness throughout the organisation including managing phishing awareness campaigns and delivering and supporting training and awareness to specific user groups
  • Support management and investigation of any information security incidents including ensuring that incident logs are maintained, and any actions / lessons learned are addressed.
  • Support Selfridges PCI compliance program including ensuring evidence of compliance is collated and maintained and Undertaking audit checks within stores
  • Manage the process for Information Security Risk Management to ensure that all information security risks are owned and documented and remediated to an agreed and accepted level.
A bit about you

How you’ll do it…you will be:

  • Experienced. You have a background in Information Security Governance including supplier assurance with a comprehensive knowledge of desktop, infrastructure and cloud technologies and/or a background in compliance with experience of implementing and managing compliance requirements.
  • A great communicator, both verbal and written. You excel in the relationships you build with stakeholders, able to work across various teams and have the ability to communicate technical information in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders
  • Skilled. You will be able to demonstrate an understanding of cyber security and risk management frameworks
  • Highly organised. You will be able to approach and organise your workload in a structure way ensuring that priories are managed and deadlines are met. You will have the proven ability to bring information together from various sources and present it in a meaningful way
  • A problem solver. You are able to identify gaps and manage issues and risks in a structured way
  • Assertive. You will have confidence and resilience, with an ability to influence at all levels of the organisation
  • Analytical. With the ability to provide strong analysis by assimilating, evaluating, adapting and making best use of new information
