My client, a leading Risk Management business based in London, are looking for a Senior Security Engineer to join their team and overhaul/ improve their security estate.
The role will be a 12 month initial contract and will be integral to their Security posture moving forward.
We’re looking for someone with wide ranging experience across security solutions and experience working from Design through to Implementation.
This role would suit a seasoned Security Engineering contractor with lots of different experience and projects to pull insight from.
The successful candidate will have full autonomy and steer as to what solutions the business will implement over the coming year.
Some things to note:
- The business have a number of bespoke inhouse applications, which means working with IT Development teams to embed security across the estate
- A networking background would be desirable and specifically any experience with Palo Alto products
- They need someone with a good understanding of security controls and frameworks such as NIST or Cyber Essentials +
- Someone with a CISSP or CISM certification is going to ideal
This role will require someone that can be in their London office on a weekly basis, this is likely to be 2 days a week initially.
