The Opportunity
- Triage and analyze alerts within our SOAR platform
- Basic reactive threat hunting and anomaly investigation
- Write incident reports for customers
- Be a key player in the continuous improvement process
- Interact with the customer on ongoing investigations
- Establish and maintain a relationship of trust with our customers.
- Be a graduate of a Computer Science Technician at least (or equivalent)
- Have a minimum of 1 year of IT experience
- Have experience with the scripting language
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Certifications in the field of IT (networking and cybersecurity)
