You will be head of a small team where your specialist expertise in privacy, and upholding the rights of the public in access to Government information, will be vital in the protection of the personal data processed in the Island, as an effective regulator for the purposes of compliance with International standards, ensuring that the Island remains an adequate jurisdiction for the purposes of sharing of information with other adequate jurisdictions.

If you have extensive experience in data protection regulation and freedom of information, and a commitment to provide strategic leadership and transformation change, we would love to hear from you.
