The Peterborough MASH (Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub) is a collaborative partnership between our statutory partners and co-located agencies which supports highly effective joint working and decision making for our children and families in Peterborough.
Our MASH operates out of the police headquarters, also known as “The Hex”, which facilitates a positive working environment and many opportunities in a collaborative space.
We are constructing solid foundations on which good practice can flourish.
This includes:

Information and Advice Officers
- You will have experience of working within a children’s service and have the ability to communicate effectively with both families and professionals
- You will engage with local authorities and other multidisciplinary agencies, to gather data and provide support to the MASH team
- You will be expected to use computerised systems for the recording of confidential information, case records and data.
- Your approach to working in the team, with partners and with children is informed by our organisational values.
- You thrive in a learning environment and you are keen to make regular contributions to team learning.
- You are supportive of your colleagues and work well within a partnership collaborative environment.
