JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an influencer coordinator to join our Los Angeles office! In this role you’ll be able to be an exceptional team player, demonstrating you keen eye for talent and trends within the influencer/talent space. The influencer Coordinator reports to the Head of PR & Marketing and is responsible with all aspects of influencer outreach, including discovering and engaging with key on-brand influencers, interacting with influencers online to sustain the partnership, managing database information, and reporting on outreach results. You'll also be in charge of ensuring that the Influencer Program operates smoothly on a daily basis.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promptly respond to daily emails, including email enquiries from Influencers (paid and FOC)
- Building your portfolio of Influencers dependent on market on a global basis
- Complete end-to-end talent management. Talent briefing, talent negotiation, closing deals, contracting, and ensuring all content is posted within schedule.
- Relationship management - working with talent agents and talent themselves to ensure our talent approach is in line with our target audience
- Assisting on all brand events including regular Influencer dinners, launch party and showroom appointments.
- Work directly with finance team on payment terms, schedules and delivery, to ensure all talent (or representatives) are paid within the right time frame.
- Manage budget to ensure talent spend remains within forecast
- Work with the Head of PR to create a strategic plan for talent and influencer approach relationships across our different platforms.
- Helping to coordinate influencer support for campaigns including packing and sending out gifting boxes
- Compiling a weekly PR reporting to compile weekly influencer coverage.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Existing relationships and contacts within the talent and influencer space.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working directly with talents and agents on digital content for brands.
- Excellent people skills
- Strong negation skills
- Excellent understanding of the social media landscape, particularly Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube and Twitter
- Problem solver
- Impeccable organisation skills and the ability to keep projects moving and ensure deadlines are met.
- An interest in fashion, trends and pop culture
- Creative thinker
- A clear understanding of influencer marketing
