Minimum qualifications:
- Experience managing executive-level relationships and stakeholder landscape.
- Experience in leading cloud transformations in enterprise financial services organizations.
- Experience creating designs across various cross-functional domains.
- Experience in driving design decisions.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience creating end to end solution architecture for various financial services workloads and considering the operational needs of a large organization.
- Experience creating technology strategy and capability roadmaps and implementing approaches for large migration programs.
- Experience in leading diverse teams across engineering, architects and technical consultants on cloud migration engagements.
- Experience engaging product organization and influencing them to work on product features to drive the overall product strategy and roadmap.
- Ability to manage customers and partner delivery teams.

In this role, you will work with Google customers on critical projects to help them transform their businesses. You'll use your management, consulting, and technical capabilities for customer engagements while working with customer executives and key technical leaders to deploy solutions via Google Cloud.

Responsibilities
- Drive cloud design and technical delivery across infrastructure, networking, operations, and application migrations by providing technical direction and design leadership.
- Engage with the executive-level leaders and act as a technical advisor to build confidence and organize overall IT strategy aligned to the broader business needs.
- Drive tactical and strategic decision-making for a technology transformation journey. Provide credible advice by leveraging cross-functional technical and functional domains.
- Drive industry centric accelerators, assets, and point-of-view to create broader impact across the industry in a specific domain or a technology area.
- Ensure predictable technical outcomes for workload migrations to Google Cloud Platform considering the technical and delivery constraints.
