As Industrial Services Driver Operative you will be working as part of a team carrying out various industrial cleaning tasks. This is a full time, permanent role as part of our Industrial Services team based in Plymouth. Reporting to the Business Unit Manager you will also be specially trained to work in confined spaces and operate high pressure water jetting equipment to work for several of our key customers providing both pre-planned maintenance and reactive works. As such this is a physical role, involving driving, manual handling and confined space working.
We are looking for someone who likes a challenge, is hard-working and not afraid of working outdoors where no two days are the same. To apply for the role of Industrial Services Driver Operative it is essential you will have a HGV Cat C (Class 2) licence, safety passport qualification (CCNSG) and experience in this industry. Confined space and water jetting would be desirable, however additional training would be given for the right candidate. Due to the hazards of working in such environments we have a strict safety policy and you must be the sort of person who will contribute to our safety culture. You will be working on customer sites and you need to be a good ambassador for the company ensuring the customer experience is a positive one.
