Job description
You will have an interest in corporate and property law.
This internship is to shadown corporate solciitors in mergers and acquisition transactions.
You will assist with due diligence and data rooms.
You will learn to draft board minutes, stock transfer forms, PSC notices, powers of attorney.
You will shadow the principal lawyer on the share purchase agreement or asset purchase agreement.
There is scope to liaise with clients and the other side's solciitors giving you exposure to client facing skills development.
You will be pro-active, willing to learn and have good attention to detail.
This is a remote position but you can work from the offices in London and/ or Guildford.

Contract length: 10 months
Salary: £5,000.00-£6,500.00 per year
