Industrial Operations Manager

TRAVEL REQUIRED : Planned travel within the UK, US & Europe

- This role of Industrial Operations Manager is for the EOS UK NEO projects
- Airbus in the UK is the prime contractor for the mission, being responsible for the satellites for UK MoD.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM
- The Industrial Operations Manager will lead the industrialization of the consortium on the project. They are also responsible for implementation of the overall satellite development plan schedule and risk management
- Guarantee coherence between the program technical baseline, the selection of suppliers, and the implementation of the Development Plan
- Coordinate the procurement activities together with the procurement organisation
- Manage the schedule independencies, logistics and delivery of Customer Furnished Items
- Understand, collect and synthesize the export control constraints
- Manage transnational interfaces and stakeholders with aplomb
- Drive and escalate project priority at appropriate levels
ABOUT YOU
- Can do attitude and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good Stakeholder Management Skills
- Experience in working on Space programmes
- Some experience with project management or willingness to develop in the function
