VISO is a global multidisciplinary design and manufacturing firm specializing in contemporary decorative light fixtures. VISO has been growing its industrial design team in Toronto and Portugal for the last 3 years and currently has an opportunity for you to make a difference at its HQ in Toronto. You will have an opportunity to work with renowned international Interior Designers & Architects to satisfy lighting requirements for their projects in hospitality. Additionally, you will work with various production teams and partners to ensure products are according to VISO’s design and quality expectations and exceed customers’ expectations. Your imagination for design and interiors will blow us and the clients away.
You are an artist!
Minimum 5 years of experience.
This is not an engineering job. It is a product/lighting industrial design position. The position is in our HQ in Toronto, Canada.
To be successful in this position, the following is required:
- Superb technical/engineering/drawing skills in SolidWorks
- Superb rendering capabilities in Keyshot
- Superb conceptual product development
- Understanding of value engineering
- Understanding of electrical requirements – decorative lighting
- Understanding of B2B project requirements an asset
- Understanding of B2B project requirements an asset
- Imagination and love for design and beauty
