Red Rock Consultants who are Facilities Management specialist recruitment agency based in Birmingham are working with a successful Facilities Management company based in Coventry, Warwickshire and are assisting them with the recruitment of industrial cleaners. Our client provides high level cleaning services to commercial companies in the midlands and rest of England and are recruiting a team of industrial cleaners to carry out cleaning projects within the midlands, the north and south. The roles they have are permanent, full time and may require working away depending on the businesses’ needs, so applicants must be willing to work away weeks at a time.

Location: Base – Coventry – Projects in Midlands, North and South of England
Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary £28,000 - £30,000
DRIVING LICENCE ESSENTIAL
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform industrial cleaning tasks, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Using industry leading cleaning systems and equipment to clean commercial buildings, specifically – z beams, cladding, pipework, and racking.
- Collaborate with a motivated team to ensure efficient project completion.
- Travel to project sites across the Midlands and North/South of England, with travel and accommodation expenses subsidised.
- Embrace a 'can do' attitude, demonstrating reliability and commitment to the team.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in industrial cleaning preferred but not essential as training provided
- Full, clean UK driving license is essential.

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.
