MHI Media is seeking a talented Performance Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team. In this client-facing role, you'll combine your exceptional video and still image skills to create captivating visual content that elevates our clients' brands, resonates with their target audience, and drives sales through paid content campaigns. As our Performance Graphics Designer, you'll be responsible for:

Collaborating with our media buyers and creative strategists to conceptualize and produce high-impact graphics and visual elements for video and still image projects
Developing visually engaging content that effectively generates sales and gathers leads for our clients, while capturing and maintaining the attention of their target audience
Utilizing your expertise in the art of storytelling, as well as your ability to create compelling visuals that grab and keep people's attention, to deliver high-quality video and still images
Contributing to the success of client campaigns by staying current with industry trends and best practices
Participating in creative brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for various projects
Managing multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining a high level of quality

Requirements for this role include:

Proven experience as a Performance Graphics Designer or a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your video and still image design skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects, as well as other industry-standard design tools
Strong knowledge of storytelling techniques and the ability to create captivating visuals that engage audiences
A keen eye for detail and the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas through visual storytelling
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
A strong work ethic and a passion for staying current with design trends and industry advancements
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment and build strong relationships with clients

The Essential Info:

This role is a full-time position, 40 hours a week.
Salary is dependent on experience; we're happy to pay for the right candidate who can hit the ground running.
Applicants must be UK residents.
In-person working at our Bristol office is preferred, but outstanding remote applicants will be considered.
