Indirect Sales Coordinator

About the role

As an Indirect Sales Coordinator, you’ll support the I&C and Major Business sales areas in governance, sales controls, bid response and administrative support.
Day to day, you’ll support the delivery of an effective management strategy with Third Party Intermediaries. Providing reporting and administrative support to the department with these activities.
A multi-tasking and varied role within the Indirect Sales area, you’ll work with internal/external stakeholders, supporting the TPI Flex Sales team, Business Development Managers, and assisting with key bid responses.
Excellent stakeholder management skills will be key, providing support to the Head of Sales (Indirect) in all areas across TPI management, and flexible sales. You’ll work with the BDM and TPI Flex Sales account managers to help collate internal feedback on TPI behaviours and provide high level analysis of key issues to be raised. You’ll highlight trends and themes and provide recommendations for solutions.
About you
An understanding of the retail/wholesale electricity market would be a benefit, as would knowledge of Operational Excellence tools.
You’ll be confident in retrieving and analysing data from multiple sources and providing conclusions and recommendations in an informative manner.
Thriving in a fast paced, ever-changing environment and able to balance priorities. You’ll be high energy, engaged, willing to challenge the status quo and a creative problem solver.
