Responsibilities:Prepare a range of Tandoori and Curry dishes Indian cuisine using the traditional techniques, herbs and spices.You must have knowledge of Indian Regional Dishes including dishes from Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh.Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and dessertsCollaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparationFollow recipes and presentation specifications to maintain consistency in food qualityMonitor food stock levels and place orders as neededEnsure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulationsOversee the kitchen operations during service hoursTrain and supervise junior kitchen staff membersRequirements:Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a professional kitchenKnowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisinesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong communication and leadership abilitiesAbility to work well under pressure and meet deadlinesJob Types: Permanent, Full-timeSalary: £26,400.00 per yearSchedule:8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Stirling: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)Experience:Chef: 1 year (preferred)Cooking: 1 year (preferred)Licence/Certification:Driving Licence (preferred)Work Location: In person
