Project Resource Manager
Salary: £35,000 - £49,000, dependent on experience
Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Location: Hybrid Working (2 days/week in office)
The Project Resource Manager is a newly created role within our Change & IT family, which acknowledges the increased requirement to effectively resource the division, in terms of both capacity and capability.
The Project Resource Manager will work within PMO and alongside our Portfolio and Project Managers, to oversee and manage resource requirements:
You will be:
- Responsible for creating and embedding Resource Management processes across our Technology Division.
- Influencing and challenging managers to ensure our resource information and utilisation is accurate.
- Providing reporting and visibility of projects; BAU and unplanned work to support the efficient use of our people.
- Forward planning, to ensure we have the right people in situ, at the right time, to deliver value to our members.
- Collaborating with managers to share best practice, ensuring accurate information to provide trends and insights across the division.
- Driving utilisation and improvements in our use of monday.com
What you'll bring:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders
- Proven experience of best practice Resource Management in a Tech environment
- Outstanding planning, analysis and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of monday.com or a similar resource management app
- Good commercial and financial acumen
