Independent Reviewing Officers are crucial to our journey to promote the best outcomes for children and young people. In this key post, you will chair Child in Our Care reviews and liaise with care team members to ensure appropriate standards are met for the Children in Our Care. You will also chair Child Protection Conferences and facilitate multi-agency discussions to support the development and implementation of Child Protection Plans for children and young people in Stockton-on-Tees.
You will have effective communication and negotiation skills, be able to handle difficult situations sensitively and enjoy working collaboratively.

- A competitive salary to match your expertise (£43,516 - £45,495).
