Job description
The successful candidate will be part of our evolving Inclusive Learning Team, working across College in all curriculum areas, identifying emerging support needs of students and providing effective strategies to support them.
You will be an organised individual who can manage a varied workload which will include, delivering tailor made support to students who need to overcome barriers in their learning and social environment, liaise with other professionals and work closely with parents. You will work with small groups or 1:1 embedding West Suffolk College’s character strengths to support student aspirations.
